Meet the 2020 Bentley Flying Spur First Edition

Bentley is legendary for their general disregard of anything ordinary. Anything common. Anything that fails to elicit wonder. It is no surprise then that the 2020 Bentley Flying Spur First Edition is opulent, decadent, and ultra-luxe – all the features we love about this iconic brand!

The new Bentley Flying Spur is not yet available, but the brand did unleash a First Edition. Not intended for sale, instead, the first motorcar in the edition was auctioned to one lucky winner at the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s inaugural ball, the “Midsummer’s Party” in July 2019. The First Edition features a unique exterior badge boasting the Union Jack and the number 1, with First Edition winged emblems gracing the headrests. The Union Jack also appears on the tread plates.

A massive 6.0 liter twin-turbo W12 powers the Flying Spur, generating 626 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. Despite the substantial size of the vehicle, it purrs from 0 to 60 in just 3.7 seconds on its way to a top speed of 207 mph.

Inside, you will find Bentley’s rotating display from which you can switch from analog dials to a touchscreen display, as well as all-wheel steering. The first edition is fitted with the Touring specification, adding lane assist, night vision, a head-up display, and adaptive cruise control. 

The First Edition will only be produced for one year; exclusivity is an integral part of the Bentley brand! But the good news is that the “regular” 2020 Bentley Flying Spur will offer the same level of performance and power, and, as always, it will be completely customizable to owners’ needs.
