Performance and Safety

The zero to 60 mph time is also Bond-esque, getting you there in an official 3.6 seconds – Car and Driver even estimated it a few tenths of a second faster! Bentley… so modest.

There’s also a full range of active safety technology, as well as a few new tricks. Smart LED headlights, for example,  will split the focus of your beam around cars so that oncoming traffic isn’t blinded.

One Gleaming Highlight

The interior is stunning. No less than eight wood veneers are used in combination with at least nine bull hides of leather. The entire Continental GT has a look and feel of real texture that’s missing in other high-end cars. It doesn’t have any of the obvious seams or stitching that some makers are going for, either. The craftsmanship is as superb as it is subtle.
